Cancellation

Please allow 24 hours prior to your appointment for any cancellation.  If we do not receive notice 24 hours prior to arrival of your appointment it is unlikely this will be able to be filled.  Failure to give notice will be required to pay 50% of the cost of their pets groom before booking for their next appointment.
